On October 2, 2025, the Patient & Family Advisory Council proudly recognized three outstanding departments—Neurology (an outpatient department of Union Hospital, Inc.), 4EC, and Union Hospital Clinton Cardiovascular Testing—as Patient Experience Superstars.
Each department received a Patient Experience Superstar banner to be displayed in their area for the next three months, along with a certificate of recognition honoring their commitment to exceptional patient care.
This prestigious designation is based on patient experience data collected through Qualtrics, including:
- Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- NPS percentage change
- Quarterly NPS improvement
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) quarterly improvement
As we move into 2026, these banners will continue to be awarded quarterly, spotlighting departments that consistently deliver outstanding patient experiences.
