This February, the Patient & Family Advisory Council proudly recognized three outstanding departments—UMG Downtown Convenient Care, Union Main Campus 4EA, and Union Hospital Clinton Inpatient Unit—as Patient Experience Superstars.
Each department received a Patient Experience Superstar banner to be displayed in their area for the next three months, along with a certificate of recognition honoring their commitment to exceptional patient care.
This prestigious designation is based on patient experience data collected through Qualtrics, including: Net Promoter Score (NPS), NPS percentage change, Quatertly NPS improvement and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) quarterly improvement.
- Union Medical Group Downtown Convenient Care: NPS increased by 23.4 points
- Union Hospital Clinton Inpatient Unit: NPS increased by 33.3 points
- Union Hospital Terre Haute 4EA: NPS increased by 53.5 points
These impressive gains reflect focused effort, teamwork, and a strong commitment to elevating the patient experience.
