Union Health's quarterly reporting reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering safe, patient-centered care. Each quarter, we evaluate key performance measures that show how we effectively prevent harm, manage critical conditions, and support patients throughout their care journey. These measures allow us to track progress, identify opportunities for improvement and maintain transparency with the communities we serve.
Under the COPA, Union Health will report on six quality measures and one patient satisfaction measure each quarter. These measures guide our work, focus our improvement efforts and ensure that every patient recieves care that is safe, reliable and compassionate.
