For Health Care Professionals

On January 9, 2027, Union Health will be implementing Epic across the organization. We value the importance of community-based healthcare and strong relationships with our community partners and are excited to enhance our partnership. Union Health's EpicCare Link is a secure portal that connects you to information stored in our EMR for your referred and admitted patients.

As your patients receive care from us, we will send you notifications and updates. You will have the information you need to plan patients' ongoing care.
