Union Health is pleased to announce that Dan Cleveland, PharmD, MHA, BCPS, has been named Vice President and Administrator of Union Hospital Regional. 

Dan brings more than two decades of health care and pharmacy leadership experience to this role. Throughout his career with Union Health, he has provided strategic oversight for inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services, specialty pharmacy, population health and other clinical programs.  

Dan has led multidisciplinary teams, advanced innovative approaches to patient care and strengthened operational and financial performance. His collaborative leadership and commitment to quality have delivered significant value for patients, colleagues and the organization. 

Dan’s longstanding service with Union Health has given him a deep appreciation for the people, partnerships and communities that make the Wabash Valley a special place to live and work. In his new role, he will continue to build on those relationships and work alongside providers, team members and community partners to expand access, strengthen local care and ensure Union Hospital Regional continues to meet the evolving needs of the region.
