Care When You Need It

Even when our offices are closed, our clinical support remains available:

  • If you are experiencing symptoms or feeling unwell, please contact your provider’s office directly. In many cases, our team can arrange a same-day appointment or provide clinical guidance, helping you avoid unnecessary emergency department visits and potential exposure to seasonal illnesses.
  • For after-hours medical concerns, call your primary care provider’s office number to be connected with our Nurse Access Line (available after 5 p.m. on weekday and weekends). A registered nurse will assess your condition, offer appropriate medical advice and forward a summary of the encounter to your provider for continuity of care.

We remain committed to supporting your health and well-being throughout the holiday season. If you have questions or concerns, please contact your primary care provider. We wish you a happy and healthy holiday season!

Healthier, together.
