Please join us in welcoming Jacklyn Slover, PA-C, to Union Health’s hematology and oncology team. A Terre Haute native with 13 years of medical experience, Jacklyn will care for patients with blood disorders and cancer.
Jacklyn is passionate about helping others and was drawn to Union Health’s excellent facilities and compassionate providers.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College and her master’s degree from Indiana State University. Jacklyn is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
