The Center for Fitness and Performance offers customers an affordable option for meeting their fitness training needs. Our experienced staff looks forward to meeting those needs.

Joining us has never been easier! A Fitness Center membership costs just $30 a month for Wabash Valley residents. Each new member will receive a health assessment and four personal training sessions! Call 812.238.7311 and ask about our special rates!

Please note: If you join the Center for Fitness & Performance yourself online, you will still need to meet with a trainer for your assessment and to be given your scan tag.

Union Hospital Employee Rates 

Payroll Deduction:

• $10 per pay period for employee only
• $17.50 per pay period for employee + spouse/dependent

EFT/Automatic Deduction from Credit Card:

• $20 per month for employee only
• $35 per month for employee + spouse/dependent

Fitness Center Members - Free
$5 per class for non-members and non-employees

Class Passes

Visitor class pass is $45 and good for 30 visits (this pass is good for all classes, including spin)
Senior class pass is $35 and good for 30 visits (this pass is only good for the Silver Sneakers classes and the Senior Circuit classes)

• All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Please call 812.238.7311 to set up an assessment time with one of our Fitness Specialists.
• The assessment consists of height, weight, blood pressure, orientation, and 4 personal training sessions.
• All memberships are subject to a medical clearance if deemed necessary by a fitness specialist.
• Locker fees: $20 per month or $150 per year. Day-use lockers are available at no charge.
• PAR-Q (visitor or drop-in fee): $5 per day.
