After delivery, moms will be transferred to the Mother Baby Unit before being discharged home. The Mother Baby Unit offers a private family space for bonding during your stay with us. Baby care, including initial baths and exams by your baby's pediatrician, will occur in your room. The mother-baby unit is staffed by caring, highly trained nurses, and families are encouraged to ask questions and learn about caring for their baby so they truly feel prepared when they go home.
Comfortable, spacious rooms provide an inviting, home-like atmosphere for the family. This space was designed for rooming-in with the baby so that the baby can begin to integrate into the family right after birth. Experienced staff are on hand to support the family during this important time.
