Gastroenterology

The providers in the Gastroenterology Department diagnose and treat digestive and intestinal diseases. They also diagnose and treat disorders of the liver, colon, gallbladder and pancreas. Our specialists have expertise treating Crohn's disease, swallowing and esophageal disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, hepatitis and colon cancer.

The American Cancer Society recommends colonoscopy screening beginning at age 45 for people at average risk. If you have a family history of colon cancer, speak with your family physician to see if you need a colonoscopy sooner.
