Elizabeth Head was raised in Terre Haute and attended Indiana State University for her BSN and FNP degrees. She has worked at Union Hospital since 2017, first as a nurse in the critical care unit, and now as a nurse practitioner in the palliative care department. Elizabeth’s hobbies include reading, painting, camping, going to church, and spending time with her family- including her husband, son, parents, sisters, and five nieces and nephews. She also enjoys relaxing with her dog and four cats. Elizabeth is eager to continue her career at Union Health helping patients and their families.
