Susan Sharifi, MD is a board-certified neurologist with more than 30 years of experience, specializing in headache medicine and the comprehensive care of neurological disorders. She treats a wide range of conditions, including headaches, dementia, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, stroke, neuropathy, restless leg syndrome, tremor, and neuromuscular diseases. She also performs specialized treatments such as BOTOX/neurotoxin injections and occipital and peripheral nerve blocks.

Dr. Sharifi earned her medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine and completed her residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. She is board certified in both Neurology and Headache Medicine and also holds a Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences, with a strong interest in the impact of nutrition on the nervous system.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Sharifi serves as an adjunct clinical associate professor of Neurology and Neurology clerkship director at Indiana University School of Medicine – Terre Haute, where she is passionate about educating future physicians.
