Brooke Hall, a native of the Wabash Valley, grew up in Shelburn, Indiana. After earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University, she chose to remain in the Wabash Valley. Practicing in Clay City enables her to maintain close ties with family while serving her patients.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Hall provides primary care to individuals of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. She is passionate about delivering optimal advanced practice nursing care and prioritizing her patients' needs.

Previously, she served as a Labor and Delivery nurse at Union Hospital, where she utilized her expertise in caring for women and newborns. Hall enjoys building relationships with her patients and collaborating with them to develop a comprehensive plan of care.
