Union Health is committed to the health and wellness needs of all the Wabash Valley communities we serve. The total service area for Union Hospital Terre Haute was considered the defined geography for our 2018 Community Health Needs Assessment. The counties included were Vigo, Vermillion, Parke, Clay, Greene, and Sullivan in Indiana - and Edgar, Clark, and Crawford in Illinois. The defined community for Union Hospital Clinton was Parke and Vermillion counties in Indiana - both of which were contained in the Union Hospital Terre Haute assessment.
