Biography

Dr. Seitz is a native of Grand Rapids Michigan. He has been in practice in Terre Haute since 1996. He is board certified in Otolaryngology-head and Neck Surgery. He served on active duty as a physician with the US Air Force from 1992-1996. He is on the clinical faculty at the Indiana University School of Medicine, and actively participates in educating Family Practice residents at Union Hospital.
