Union Health is proud to welcome Nurse Practitioner Rachelle LeBrun to Brazil Family Medicine.
Rachelle obtained her bachelor's degree from Washington State University and her master’s degree from Chamberlain University, both in nursing.
Rachelle has five years of experience in family practice; however, she is passionate about providing holistic care and has pursued additional education in functional medicine to better support her patients’ overall well-being.
Rachelle treats chronic disease management, including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, thyroid disorders and more. In her practice, she also provides wellness exams and treats acute injuries and illnesses.
Originally from Washington state, she has called Indiana home for the past 11 years.
