Nikki brings more than 20 years of health care and mission-driven HR leadership experience. Most recently, she served as Regional Vice President of Human Resources for Ardent Health, where she supported more than 15,000 caregivers across Oklahoma and Texas.
"Coming to Union Health is more than a next chapter in my career, it is a meaningful homecoming,” Nikki said. “I believe that when we take care of our people, it will have a positive impact on our patients. I am excited to listen, learn and partner with our co-workers as we honor the legacy of Union Health while strengthening our future together."
Her expertise includes people strategy, leadership development, workforce transformation, organizational effectiveness and co-worker engagement. Nikki holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Friends University and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
