Union Health Welcomes New Cardiologist to Parke and Vermillion Counties

Union Health is excited to welcome Cardiologist Dr. Anil Yadav to Parke and Vermillion Counties.  

Dr. Yadav is committed to expanding high-quality access to comprehensive cardiac care in Parke and Vermillion Counties and is actively developing cardiology clinics to meet the growing needs of the region. 

"It’s an honor to begin caring for patients in Clinton and Rockville, where community and connection are at the heart of everything,” Dr. Anil Yadav said. “I look forward to getting to know my patients, earning their trust, and working together to improve heart health. Being part of Union Health means joining a team that is deeply committed to bringing advanced cardiovascular care close to home and I’m proud to be part of that mission."  

Dr. Yadav earned both his undergraduate degree and medical doctorate from the University of Western Ontario. Following this, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Toronto and then pursued a cardiology fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. 

Dr. Yadav has had an impressive academic career, authoring over 20 peer-reviewed publications, abstracts, and book chapters. He has received multiple teaching awards and has served on the editorial board of Heart Rhythm, a prominent journal in cardiac electrophysiology, for more than a decade. Dr. Yadav is also a Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society, the American College of Cardiology, and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. 

Dr. Yadav is accepting new patients at Rockville Family Medicine, located at 111 W. High St. in Rockville, and Union Hospital Clinton, located at 801 S. Main St. in Clinton. To schedule an appointment, call 812.242.3175.
