Union Health Proudly Welcomes Dr. Sarah Combs Back to the Wabash Valley
(Terre Haute, Ind.) – In an effort to improve quality of care and access to key specialists, starting Saturday, December 13, 2025, Wound Care Services and Labor & Delivery Services will be consolidated at Union Hospital, located at 1606 N. 7th St., in Terre Haute. These two services will no longer be offered at the location formally known as Terre Haute Regional Hospital. Union Health is working with affected patients to transition their future appointments.
This announcement follows careful planning and coordination. The consolidation of these services was included in the 2025 Certificate of Public Advantage (COPA) application which the Indiana Department of Health approved.
Union Health remains committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-focused care across west central Indiana and eastern Illinois. We will continue to keep the community updated throughout our journey.
