Patrick Titzer, MD is a family medicine physician with Union Medical Group, providing comprehensive care with additional focus in wound care, geriatrics, and occupational health. He earned his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency through the Union Family Medicine Residency program. Dr. Titzer is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and has nine years of clinical experience.

Before transitioning to medicine, Dr. Titzer earned a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Notre Dame and spent 20 years working in sculpture and multi‑media arts. He entered medicine at age 40, bringing a unique perspective shaped by a lifelong interest in the human experience. Since completing his residency in 2017, he has served the Terre Haute community through his family practice and as a medical director in long-term care settings.

Dr. Titzer practices patient-centered care and values the relationships he builds with his patients. He enjoys learning about his patients’ stories and experiences and is driven by a strong desire to be of service in a complex healthcare environment.
