Janis Ingebrigtsen, MD is a family medicine physician with more than 34 years of experience providing comprehensive care. She earned her medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine, where she also completed her residency in family medicine. Dr. Ingebrigtsen is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Throughout her career, Dr. Ingebrigtsen has demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation and community health. She has established and developed several programs, including the Pop-Up Clinic, the Weight Loss Clinic, and the Recovery Clinic. She currently serves as Medical Director at the Lugar Center and Co-Director for Provider Wellness. Her work also includes contributions to process improvement initiatives and healthcare projects, supported by her Lean Six Sigma black belt.

Dr. Ingebrigtsen’s clinical focus includes managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, COPD, heart failure, obesity, and hypertension. She is dedicated to a patient-first philosophy and values the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of her patients. She is motivated by a deep personal commitment to helping others and takes pride in contributing to both individual patient care and broader initiatives that improve healthcare delivery.
