Jacqueline Hart has a nursing background in cardiac and critical care services. She also spent five years as a collegiate nurse educator at Ivy Tech Community College. She is part of the Union Health Palliative Care team which specializes in helping patients and families with goals of care and end of life planning and symptom management. Jacqueline serves on the Union Health Oncology and Ethics committees. She and her husband live in Spencer, Ind. with their three children. Jacqueline enjoys baking, gardening, and spending time outdoors.
