This is a Multi-Factor Authentication app we use for security measures. If you want to access anything work-related off-campus, you will need to register and activate.

**IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO DOWNLOAD THE OKTA VERIFY APPLICATION TO YOUR PHONE, YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO ANY UNION APPLICATIONS.**
- On a computer, type the following URL: unionhealth.okta.com
- You will be taken to a screen with the Union Health logo on top. Type network username and password in that space and click “NEXT”.
- You will now get a message that reads, “This is the first time you are connecting to unionhealth.okta.com”
- Click “SET UP OKTA VERIFY”
- There should be a barcode that pops up. Leave this screen up and grab your phone.
- On your smartphone:
- Download and install the app called “OKTA VERIFY”
- Open app.
- Click “ADD ACCOUNT”, Choose “ORGANIZATION”
- Click continue to allow access to the camera.
- Click “Allow”
- Click “OK” after you allow Okta access to your camera.
- Scan the barcode that is on your computer screen.
- Click on the picture to choose the security images that is suggested.
- Click, “Create my account”
- Once your land on apps screen, you are done with activation.
